It is a nice but crowded city. Let's start with ATMs. Only Commonwealth bank allows to withdraw at once up to 9000000.00 VND (310e). As far as I know other ATMs allow you withdrawals from 2 mln till 4 mln. I found it near the main post office, opposite the Notre Dame Cathedral, near the HSBC bank. The city is perfect for food and shopping. It is also a good place for one day trips. I stayed here only a few days to see the tunnels and find transport to my next destination - a small town named Quy Nhon.
Once more I used a night bus - the price was 270000.00 VND (9.5e). It was a modern one with TV:-)
