The Chinese Gardens – The Gardens of Serenity
For a sunny, romantic day out I can suggest the Chinese Gardens in Santa Lucia. From Valletta, a bus no. 83 departs every hour. Other option is to go to Paola and walk about 20 min. The garden is located on the outskirts of the town and it was built in the 1990s.
The beautiful garden was located in a very small area. There are many places for rest, a lot of benches and foot paths. In February, a cherry tree flourishes and amazingly reflects in a small pond. During a sunny day there are a lot of people. Surely, it might be a nice place to be during the sunset.
